We’re excited to have you! Let’s first determine what your business needs are and go from there.
We break up our membership, training modules, and app functionality based on the need of the individual; so, it is pertinent for you to understand each membership and its utilization.
Affiliate Membership:
In this membership no purchase of anything is required. You simply sign up as an affiliate and start reselling either our software or membership. You earn 10% on every sale and every license of software you re-sell. To join as an affiliate go to tw3affiliate.com/join Terms of membership apply. We reserve the right to refuse affiliate credentials.
Rep Membership:
If you have experience in sales, but don’t own a business or have a product line, our Rep membership has you covered, as this package was designed with you in mind. We’ve built this package specifically for those with sales experience looking for high ticket commission. With our Rep Membership, your site, app functionality, and training module will center around generating leads to resell our tools and software. You’ll be assigned a trainer and will have ticket support assistance.

Plus Membership:
The Plus Membership is geared towards those that have a business and/or product to offer already, but just need help generating their leads and traffic. With this package, you’ll receive the same resell rights as you would in the Rep package, however you receive additional training and resources in this package as we’ll be teaching you how to generate leads in a variety of markets. This will also grant you access to RMP links via your recruiter, so you’ll be able to start loan links, credit repair links, and hourly job links to offer to your clients. RMP offer availability and commission schedules set by your ELT trainer.

Elite Membership:
Our Elite Membership was created for those interested in building their own agency, as this is our full suite of tools, software, and training. There are many benefits with the elite package, such as the residual admin fee you receive from any client you onboard, full app functionality, and the ability to independently grab your own RMP offers. ELT members have direct contract with RMP vendors and have full commissions paid directly to them.

What is the TW3 Call Center or Call Center Model?
When terrywilson3.com started in 2008 it started as an insurance agency that sold insurance over the phone. Many of the various marketing systems, software, and strategies we use today is how traffic was driven to that call center. In 2014 Terry began giving insurance and non-insurance reps of TW3 his extensions in his Ring Central call center along with the tools and training on how to drive their own traffic to their extension so that no one ever had to cold call. In 2020 the “call center” model of driving leads to an individual reps extension was moved away from Ring Central over to the reps individual voip phone system so that other methods of text followup, and mobile apps could be used. The sales and business model of driving traffic to an individual number for a TW3 trainer to take calls on demand, never cold call, and receive warm leads is still a viable and used business model and strategy to date. When hearing training and references to the “TW3 Call Center” or “Call Center Model,” this is what is being referenced in full context.

What do I Earn as a member/trainer?

*ELT’s have commissionable admin fees, direct access to RMP companies for agency overwrites, and re-sell rights to additional products such as the CPS, APS, and Enterprise products.
**No Re-Sell Rights of any TW3 products. These are standalone platforms designed for the owner to develop their own product, brand, and distribution. Only ELT’s can re-sell these platforms.

Who has Resell Rights?
SRT, Plus, and ELT Members are the only ones who have resell rights with full trainer pay compensation. Affiliates may work through one of these members to receive an affiliate commission from the member of 10%. TW3Blog, APS, and CPS clients have no resell rights to any TW3 products, packages, or training material.
How Quickly and How am I paid? (SRT, PRT, ELT only)
You are paid immediately after setting up your own merchant account to receive payments.
Direct deposit either through a merchant account or paypal. You choose how process CC payments
If doing Push Marketing via 3rd parties each contract is handled on a case by case basis
Do I have to pass up any of my sales, or split commissions with anyone?
• No. This is not a network marketing, or MLM business. This is a direct sales opportunity if you re-sell our system. Many members simply user our tools to grow their existing business. Reselling our system is not necessary to make money with our systems. Some older systems in the past we offered had a pass up, and commission split on the monthly admin fee. There are no pass ups when you sell a system the admin fees are not commissionable unless you are an ELT member.
What are my re-sell rights to the system?
As a member or an affiliate you have rights to re-sell the system as long as you are an active member (admin fees current) and compliant with our codes of conduct. When becoming a member or affiliate we have a strict code of conduct in how we want our brand represented. Purchase of any of our packages do not guarantee resell rights to them. Any breach of this code of conduct will immediately forfeit your re-sell rights of our system with no refund to your purchase. Some of these codes, but not limited to are:
1. Representing our system as a get rich quick scheme
2. Guaranteeing an income or time frame of earnings
3. Misrepresenting use of tools or training
4. Cross selling other opportunities as a TW3 product, good, or service.
5. Writing high risk or bad business that hurts our memberships brand, retention, business culture, or rating.
Membership Rights
Any member found to be engaged in or suspected of unethical behavior, illegal activities, or any activity deemed by Terry and or staff as harmful to the brand, business, or business culture maybe refused for renewal and continued membership.
TW3ezPay®
We offer 2 ways to finance our SRT, PRT, and ELT Packages.
Flex Pay – Flex pay is financed through 3rd party lenders we work with to underwrite the cost of your complete system, software, site, support, and membership. Terms and conditions are decided on through a soft credit pull. Rates start as low as 4.9% and can be amortized as far as 60 months.
Guaranteed Issue – Is our guaranteed financing program offered on the SRT Package only. It requires a small down payment to start and is paid off with through the sell of your first sale(s). Monthly admin fees must be kept current and active. This program can only be offered from TW3 Support and is only offered upon declines of third parties through the TW3ezPay application portal.
These are financing packages that are required to be paid back through the production of new sales. Monthly admin fees must stay current to satisfy servicing of loan until balloon payoff of loan is made. Any default on terms shall be pursued as a debt collection per all reasonable means.
Will I be trained, and if so how?
• Yes. We have hundreds of hours of training offered to all members placed in your back office. Our Elite members are offered access to our live mastermind group trainings and mastermind video library. 1 on 1 training with Terry for ELT members take place during mastermind group meetings. Your on boarding sales rep & trainer is responsible for insuring you receive all information & training provided in your individual package.

* Your level of training and support from your individual recruiter is based on your agreement directly with them and is not warrantied, governed, or backed by TW3. Any disputes or disagreements regarding this must be dealt with directly with them.
Can I switch trainers?
It is my heart that everyone can find a profitable coaching relationship with their trainers. However sometimes this is not possible. In order to switch trainers the following benchmarks must be met to be considered.
Once those 3 requirements are met you may be able to move your coaching to another coach by repurchasing the system at a discounted rate with the new coach if release given by existing trainer. This re-purchase amount is predicated on the level of membership and new coaching established cost. This amount is to cover the cost for the new coach. Moving to a new coach is not guaranteed but does require these 3 things to be completed to be considered.

Plus Rep & Trainer – Are trained and supported on how to re-sell & use leads tools of TW3.
ELT Rep & Trainer – Are trained and supported on how to re-sell, use, RMP, and build agency at TW3.
Due to the nature of the tools within our business there are specific technical aspects we do not offer support on. Most but not all of these non-supported areas are the use of your particular computer and it’s operation, connectivity and function of components within app from outside of the US, the navigation of your computers native and third party softwares, internet connectivity and function, operating systems, browsers, and software such as Word, Pages, Excel, Numbers, Powerpoint, Keynote, Internet Explorer, Safari, Google Chrome, Firefox, Windows, OBS, Mac, Garage Band, and several others that may not be mentioned. All of these components must be supported by your computer(s) and software(s) respective support avenues.
We support our tools within the TW3 platform but the various ways your particular device and software(s) on your device(s) may work with it are not supported.
Furthermore we do not offer computer support. Basic computer skills such as how to cut, copy, and paste, how to right click on an item, how to drop and drag, and other basic computer functions such as these are not trained on nor supported. These areas and others similar but not limited to them are not part of our support, training, and coaching.
The degree in which something is technically difficult is based on the working knowledge and skillset of the end user. Most of our components are deemed as moderately easy by industry grading standards. However each user will have their own perspectives based on their experience, understanding of computer technology, and ability to learn and understand new technology.
Training, Plugins, Sites & Membership is non-portable. This means that we will train and support the initial buying individual (member) but all training and support of subsequent staff and team must be conveyed by member. For additional training and support of your staff and team is a separate agreement that must be made. Furthermore any site, systems, or creations built on the TW3 platform which includes but is not limited to the .net site, tw3app, websites, and material are not portable to other hosting companies, agencies, platforms, or like providers.
Because our membership is purchased by many as a busniess opportunity by many. It is important to know, understand, and accept the risk involved in starting a business before becoming a member here at TW3.
What does the average new agent make after they start & how long?
• It normally takes weeks for a new agent to see their first sale close after they complete steps 1-6. Many have made sales in their first few weeks, but the average agent starts seeing sales coming in within a few weeks after completing the steps. The most important thing a new agent can do is stay focused on driving traffic and following up with clients spoken with the next day. There are no guarantees to this business, but there are statistical best practices that if followed will yield results.
Can I make a 6 figure income or better with this?
• YES!! And many do but it is not guaranteed. Unlike many business opportunities this one is unique in several ways.
You can make money without selling anything, but simply using our system to send leads to 3rd party partners. Everything is automated so you never have to speak, sale, or follow up with anyone. Simply turn the system on and earn money
UNLIKE ANY BUSINESS I KNOW when you start with us you are not only getting a product, good, or service to sale, but a means to generate traffic contacting you to make a purchase.
What is transferal work, or push marketing?
• I have existing business relationships with companies like Liberty Mutual, State Farm, Lending Tree, Free Credit Report, Life Alert, Life Loc, and several other companies. When you are in my call center you can use our automation system to make auto dials to a list filtered and scrubbed contacts to offer them a free quote, or speak with a representative.
How many calls will I receive using the call center business model?
• The average call & lead booster you can purchase yields 25 leads. We can not guarantee the turn around time for this as traffic volume may vary. However we offer training on using our systems to start driving more traffic to your extension & funnel to increase your volume. We ONLY guarantee the amount of leads from a lead booster you purchase. WE DO NOT guarantee turnaround time, nor closing rates of sales from leads. Using the system the way we train you, you can drive hundreds a leads a day if you can handle the capacity. Volume is solely contingent on your activity using the system.
Where do the leads from the booster I receive come from? How are people reaching me?
• If you elect to buy a lead booster you may, but we recommend using the system as illustrated in steps 4-6 in order to ramp up your production. We advertise on the web, podcast, broadcast, and several other online mediums. The leads you receive from lead booster will be people who are responding to an ad, email, or marketing piece of ours. You do not have to generate traffic yourself but can purchase boosters however we strongly recommend generating your own through using the system as trained.
How often, when, and how am I paid?
• On re-sell of our systems, software, and product it is totally set to the terms of the merchant services provider you use. In most cases once a card payment is processed you will have immediate access to the funds, or within 48 hours if being transferred to your bank. When you are being paid for call transferal work (push marketing) you are paid once per month.
How am I paid if I’m inactive?
You must be current with your monthly admin payments to receive the membership pay schedule. If a sell comes through while you are inactive (not current with monthly admin fee) your sell will be treated and paid as if you were an affiliate. If you are an Elite Member you immediately forfeit all renewal payment commissions during inactive period and potentially in perpetuity if account is inactive more than 30 days.
How are my sells tracked
• On the checkout of our form at buytwleadsystem.com please make sure your client puts in your name as either the Recruiter if you are a trainer/member, or as the affiliate if you are an affiliate/sales rep. This is the only way we can verify your business. Failing to do so may prevent the sale to process correctly, and causing a loss of commissions.
Is this something I can do part time?
• Yes. You work when you want. You simply log into your back office and press the green light when you want to work. You can take calls as much as you want, or as little as you want.
This is software and it must continually be maintained, upgraded, hosted, and supported. This cost is maintained by the licensing or admin fee. This also covers the hosting cost of all of the various systems, software and data as everything is cloud based. If you fail to pay the hosting access to data will be lost. All admin fees both monthly and pre-paid are non-refundable. After 5 days of a system being inactive all data will be permanently deleted. In addition to this, when you have technical questions, or are in need of support this fee covers that cost as well. This also covers your ongoing training, ticket support, and access to training material. The software & systems are not accessible if the admin fee is not current. Your billing will either show $149.97 per mo, or $74.97 per mo from us and $75 from your Elite Sales Rep. If your account goes inactive there is a $149.97 charge from us to reactivate your account. If this falls within the same billing cycle of your Elite Trainers $75 billing you may be paying at total of $224.97 during that cycle. To avoid this keep all cards and account current 48 hours before your next billing to avoid the additional $50 renewal charge. All sub-accounts will go inactive as well if main Elite membership account is not current and active within 24hours of suspension. Clients who started before admin rate of $149.97 can keep older admin rate as long as account stays active. Admin rate goes to $149.97 if account ever goes inactive. In order to suspend your cancel your account you must send in a written request through our ticket support system located at our chatbot at terrywilson3.com 1 week prior to the next draw down date in order to avoid your next admin fee payment. Once a request is made through ticket system a confirmation will be sent. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE confirmation that means the message has not been received.

◦ We only offer zoom call support to Elite members during Mastermind group training. Zoom is what we use for our conference calls during our ELT mastermind group training.
Technical questions need to be directed to docs and videos.
• Look for the help docs in your dashboard for tech question as well as your video training in steps 1-6
• No. However I am very proud that we have maintained a very high retention rate over the past several years. The people who find the fastest, and greatest success within my business are ones who don’t try to re-invent the system, but simply use the scripts, methods, and verticals provided. When you first get into the back office you will be exposed to a lot of opportunities. This can be very overwhelming for some, and for those who are entrepreneurial minded it can be very exciting, but also a distraction. Learn to walk before you run. Forget all of the techie stuff and simply answer the phone, read the script, and sale the system. That is the fastest and easiest way to make money.
I’m not a technical person. Can someone like me make money in your system since a lot of your business is software based?
• YES. Many of my most successful reps are people who don’t even use the computer, but simply answer the phone and explain what the software does. This requires no more technical ability than simply answering the phone, and reading a script.
At some point if I want to pursue other opportunities, or simply just want to quit am I locked into any type of contract?
• No. There is no contract, or obligation to keep paying your monthly licensing fee if you have fully paid for your SRT, PRT, or ELT Membership. You can cancel at anytime. YOU MUST GIVE A MINIMUM of a 48 hr notice through ticket support before your renewal date to avoid that months admin fee charge. Note that software & systems will not be accessible unless admin fees are current. Contact data must be exported before system goes down. To avoid having to buy the system over again you must renew within 90 days of suspending your account. Otherwise to renew the system must be purchased again. Please note if you are financing your system or you have purchased other systems or services outside the SRT, PRT, or ELT membership then this may not apply and you may be contractually obligated to continue to pay for individual agreement or services.
PLEASE ALSO NOTE that if a monthly admin fee is not paid ALL CONTENT on your system, site, and software will only be held for 5 days. Afterward the content and site will be wiped and deleted. Elite Members who split admin fees will not be able to charge their portion on renewal. If you are an Elite Member any renew business you have will be forfeited if inactive and lost permanently if inactive more than one month.
Copyright & Trademark Claims
As an active TW3 member and or client you are only allowed to use the TW3 name, brand, likeness, and material for the sole purposes of reselling TW3 products. All promotional activities are to be done in a fashion and manner that is congruent with the branding, business culture, and integrity set forth within membership training. Any misuse of these copyrighted and trademark materials will be pursued by all legal remedies available. Furthermore member agrees to release TW3, Terry Wilson, terrywilson3.com, and entities owned, managed, or associated with Terry Wilson from any and all copyright and trademark claims held by them. If no longer an active TW3 member all materials conveyed from membership are strictly forbidden from use thereafter.
Non-Disclosure Agreement
By becoming a TW3 member and or client you agree that all training, tools, and techniques conveyed must remain strictly confidential. Any distribution, dissemination, or disclosure of private training material, specific marketing techniques, or tools used are grounds for revoking of TW3 resell rights, membership, license of use, and/or potential legal remedies. All content on TW3 systems availability to be ported or transferred are subject to guidelines set forth by Terry. Furthermore you agree you will not use the name, likeness, or representation of Terry Wilson, TW3, terrywilson3.com, or similar markers in any marketing, messaging, or material during or after your membership without the express written consent of Terry Wilson. This includes but not limited to back linking, video titles and post, blog post, social media post, reviews, and SEO keyword use.
Quality of Business
If business you write has issues of chargebacks, damaging brand reputation, or presents any issues with community culture we reserve the right to terminate re-sell rights at anytime without notice. Any renewal business created may be forfeited if termination is due to these or like issues.
Data of inactive accounts
After an account goes inactive a member has 5 days to renew before the account may be deleted from server to save on hosting, licensing, and data charges.
• No. My software, server space, and systems offer no trial period. The software must be purchased before we can get started. Also all of the content is digital so there is no way offering a return. SO PLEASE UNDERSTAND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AFTER YOUR PURCHASE.
Can I use the software, and other marketing assets to promote other businesses.
• Yes as an independent rep the software, license, and other assets I offer are yours to use however you wish to promote any business you want. This is NOT a franchise, you are buying software and training on how to use it. As such you are free to manage your business as you wish.
◦ There are no refunds as the amount being paid is to purchase software, sites, support, hosting & digital content. What I am offering is a tool, training to use the tool. Various marketing strategies and package content may have changed since recording of any specific video seen. Please consult this page for the most current package content, and your rep for most current & compliant marketing strategies. Individual results can not be guaranteed due to individuals varying degree of ability, availability, capability, and coach-ability. I do guarantee you will receive all of the software, and training purchased, and that I will in good faith do all that I can do to consult, coach, and train you to be as successful as possible. Likewise we expect the buyer to act in good faith as well. Please note that any charge backs will be refuted until overturned. Because of some nefarious activities by others online simply trying to rob content, training, and access we have a zero tolerance to chargebacks and will exercise all legal rights to remedy breach of agreement.
All disputes will be arbitrated in the state of SC. Additional fees to recoup cost from charge backs, legal fees and legal cost to arbitrate will be billed to TW3 Member. Please note that Terry Wilson and terrywilson3 are the content providers of software, system, and strategies being offered. We do not sell directly. You are buying from an independent rep who has purchased our systems and has been given limited re-sell rights to it. Any disputes regarding the purchase of our system must be handled directly with and through them.
The Purchaser agrees that all information stated hereon are part of this Contract and this Contract supersedes any prior Contracts and is the complete and exclusive agreement on the subject matters covered by this Contract. Further, Purchaser and Seller agree that no person is authorized to make any representation beyond those expressed in this Contract. Verbal promises by salesman are not valid and any promises or understandings not herein specified in writing are hereby expressly waived by the Purchase.
All members, affiliates and users of TW3 and terrywilson3.com hereby agrees not to defame or disparage any of the Company, Company Entities or any of their respective officers, directors, members, partners or employees (collectively, the “Company Parties”), and to cooperate with the Company upon reasonable request, in refuting any defamatory or disparaging remarks by any third party made in respect of any of the Company Parties. Members, affiliates, and users shall not, directly or indirectly, make (or cause to be made) any comment or statement, oral or written, including, without limitation, in the media or to the press or to any individual or entity, that could reasonably be expected to adversely affect the reputation of any of the Company Parties or the conduct of its, his or their business. The Company shall request that its directors and executive officers not defame or disparage other members, affiliates, or users; provided, however, that the failure of any director, executive officer or employee of the Company to comply with such request shall in no way constitute a breach or violation of the Company’s obligations hereunder or otherwise subject the Company to any liability.
