2023 doesn’t have to be just a time to try and survive but thrive. In this episode I cover 10 ways to grow your impact and influence in your called area. This is a time to gain ground and not give in to the fear and hesitancy that many will have. 

Go and fill the earth

In the story of creation God told man to be fruitful, multiply, and fill the earth. This list of 10 ways to fill the earth, or “maximize your territory” came from a study I’m doing in Genesis right now. I believe these principles offer a timeless road map to how anyone can grow their foot print in the areas they are called to serve. 

So here are the 10 ways that you can grow your influence, impact, and reach in the areas you are called to serve.

  1. Develop a strong understanding of the area or group called to.

  2. Build relationships and networks within that area.

  3. Communicate effectively and clearly to convey mission and meaning.

  4. Lead by example and demonstrate your commitment.

  5. Be open to feedback and willing to make adjustments to your approach.

  6. Partner with organizations and individuals with similar vision.

  7. Use tools available to amplify your message.

  8. Continually learn and stay informed about the area or group you wish to impact.

  9. Be persistent and don’t give up when facing obstacles.

  10. Be flexible, adaptable and willing to experiment and try new approaches.
