How to make better decisions by understanding the process you are using
If you are like me you probably just assume you understand why you make the decisions you make. After all isn’t making a decisions simply based on what you perceive as truth and making choices that align with your values the best? That’s what I thought and can say it’s what I’ve always tried to do. However as I’ve dove deeper and deeper into understanding how the mind works and all of the things that go in to influencing it, I have become both intrigued and excited to see how I can make even better decisions by understanding the process my mind uses to make them, and be intentional to make the choices I make.
