My prescription for good physical health.
- Physical exercise once per day, 6 days a week. Keep heart rate around 70% of max heart rate for that hour. To figure out your max heart rate subtract your age from 220 and multiple that number by 70%.
- Eat within an 8hour window every day only. This could be 8am – 4pm or 12pm – 8pm. But only eat during that time.
- Eat within that window 3 times
- include 4-6oz of lean protein, 1-2 cup of vegetables, Tablespoon of a healthy fat, 1/2 cup of fruit.
- drink 1 gallon of water a day
- have one cheat meal per week. Eat anything you want
- Eat within that window 3 times
- Try to get 6-8 hours of sleep
My prescription for financial heath.
- Find a side hustle you love and own.
- Keep housing expenses. (mortgage/rent, food, utilities, etc) under 2 weeks of pay.
- Save 10% and give 10% of gross
My prescription for friendship / relational health.
- Invest in your closest family 70% of your non-work time
- Invest in your close family / friends 20% of your non-work time
- Invest in your community friends 10% of your non-work time
