As we begin 2016 many people have started making goals, resolutions, and well wishes for the new year. Unfortunately the statistics of those who actually will keep their resolutions are very bleak. Even more so is when you start move away from all of the new year hype, and just look at goal setting in general you will see that many, if not most people don’t really ever reach the goals they set. Why?
After coaching for several years now, and working with entrepreneurs and business professionals I’ve noticed a pattern of 3 major walls that have to be overcome to reach any goal, no matter how big or small. In this podcast I cover those 3 walls that separate many people from realizing their goal.
