Tonight we are talking about how stereotypes sabotage the reach of our business. This is a business show and I’m not here trying to espouse some political or philosophical worldview. I believe we can all agree though that stereotyping people is wrong. HOWEVER, in marketing, to be effective you have to be strategic in targeting the “right type” of market or demographic in order to be successful in your campaign. So here’s the question I and my panel will be tackling tonight, “How do you build a business that’s both effective in its marketing efforts while operating at the highest business standards simultaneously?”
