Feedback Makes me Nervous

If you’ve been married, been in business, or just simply have worked with people you know that you can be full of great intentions, well wishes, and doing your best and still disappoint others. This is just a reality when dealing with people. Well, business is nothing more than working and dealing with people. You know as well as I do people come from all differing backgrounds, expectations, and attitudes. So when I got an email from an ELT Member this morning stating, (in so many words) “here’s what I think about you!” Well I became a bit nervous…….
