- I must

When you start believing in yourself and what you are capable of, and then raise the idea to something you must and will accomplish, the sky is the limit. But this isn’t easy. If it were easy you would see the majority of people operating at their full potential, but you and I both know that the exact opposite is the norm. So how do you break away from the norm and avoid being a statistic?
I believe there are 3 things that if you have working for you, then you can go from I can to I must and I will.
- Clarity
- Cause
- Community
I believe when you get real clear on what you want and can focus on what it is you want out of your business, relationships, and life you will find the right opportunities and doors start to open up. Of course there’s always going to be pushbacks, setbacks, and downturns and that is why your reasoning or “cause” for pursuing this goal has got to be bigger than you. I have found when I leverage the welfare of my family, community, and faith I am way less likely to give up when it gets hard. It is way easier to quit on yourself than it is to quit on others. That is why your cause or “why” has to be way bigger than just you. The problem we have as individuals, especially entrepreneurs are we can forget this sometimes and that is why community is so important.
The old saying, “show me your friends and I’ll show you your future” is spot on. The greatest investment I’ve ever made is in the community I’ve either built, attended, or engaged in that was full of highly motivated, high character, and high achieving people. Being intentional about the voices you listen to, the attitudes you entertain, and culture you embrace will make or break your ability to realize your full potential. Community is crucial to your success. When you are in the right community can will know why and see how:
You can enjoy more than you ever thought was possible.
