It does not require any special licensing to do our call center job op, unless you are selling a product that requires like insurance, real-estate, or something like that.

I have alot of questions about your program. Can someone call me 850-661-1232 ?
Do you need a landline phone to take calls ? Is there constant high call volume? is there a license fee to pay?

      Hi Tamiko –

It doesn’t require any special phone, landline, or phone equipment. You just need a reliable phone that the software can direct the calls to. We have two call centers when you join our business you’ll have immediate access to. One is our general call center in which volume goes up and down based on number of agents, and traffic. Normally you’ll get around 5-10 calls per day in this one right now. The second call center is my personal, and private call center in which you pay $50 per campaign to be in, but we guarantee you at least 50 calls or more per campaign. The average agent closes 1 out of 25 people. So as you sharpen your skills and get at answering questions, following up with client, and closing the sale you should get $800 in earnings per campaign. The only “fee” is a monthly software fee to keep the license of the software active, and maintain support. This is $97 per mo.

it’s too bad we all can’t just work from home. eventually companies will see it’s in their best interest to allow people to work from home and it can save the company money too! here’s a couple links if you’re just getting started at working from home.

Can you expand on the $50 per campaign call center opportunity with the $97 monthly software fee?

      Hi Mel –

The $97 per mo fee is to keep your software active, current, and supported. It also pays for your on going training. When you join our business you have an opportunity to join 2 call centers. One is the general call center which is at no additional fee because your purchase of the software and maintenance fee is paying for. You can log in anytime you like, and take calls. The second is my personal, private call center. It is where if you want to buy additional calls we can drive 50 calls, or more to your direct extension. Because these calls are not going to our general pool of agents, but directly to you there is a charge for those.
